Click on image to view full size. This was taken in Josselin France in Brittany by Suzanne on our trip in August. Translates Road of Valley of Oust. Oust refers to the River Oust. Da is the word "of" which is used as a conjunctive d' with Oust. Thus when Americanize Daoust. Grandma mentioned this river as an area our family may have come from. It is a farming area and we were perhaps farm workers in this area.
