Y'all ever fried a turkey?


Here in NC it is common to deep fry the Thanksgiving turkey. It takes a big fryer--outdoors in the driveway--and just 30-40 min. to cook a 16 lb. turkey. Very tasty, and not greasy, as you might think. This photo is from 2006.

Have a great Thanksgiving...no matter how you cook your turkey.
